Legal Liability

In the previous post I talked about the House of Commons being a corporation. It follows that if this corporation is making statute laws then these laws must be corporate laws, which apply only to other corporations in contract with the government of the UK.

When you were born, you were registered under Admiralty or commercial law to the UK Government. This is an undeniable fact because the birth certificates go to the GRO (General Registry Office). So you registered with the government via the BC.

When you reach the age of 16 in the UK you are required to have a National Insurance number to operate in business (buying and selling) and start any sort of company or work for any company.

Paying into National Insurance is basically having a pension scheme with the UK government, and that is all very well since you signed up to them at birth through the birth certificate. This can be proven because before the time when you get National Insurance the private House of Commons statutes still apply to you. Basically after getting NI your status changes and you are now insured to operate in commerce. That is why you must have NI to run a business or work for one.

This is where things get a bit trickier. For, under English common law (not UK law) a person is treated as sovereign and therefore has full liability for anything he does. Now as we all know UK citizens have limited liability. This is created through the creation of a trade name for each man of England. The trade name is created whenever you enter into a contract with a corporation and this trade name is the name of a corporation with the same name as you only it is written in capital letters (all or any part of it).

So effectively a limited liability company is set up with the same name as you and it is this trade name that the UK legal system (not English common law) deals with. This is why when any statute is broken by you, you accept some liability for the trade name and are required to pay off a debt that is created when you break the statute. The scales of justice? More like double entry bookkeeping. The courts are there to balance the books of the persons (trade names) involved in the dispute and since a natural man cannot break a corporate statute, you will always be represented in the court by your trade name.

Many believe a conspiracy is currently underway to pay off debt to the bankers even though the debt can never be fully repaid since the B of E controls the currency (more on this later). This is done through taxes. In fact the money you use every day has been lent to you by the Bank of England and you are required to eventually pay it back through the government (taxes).

So to summarise. Upon your birth you were registered with the UK Government but many of the statutes did not apply since most are to do with business. Later a national insurance number was issued to you making you an employee of the United Kingdom corporation and creating a pension scheme with the department for work and pensions (another private corporation)(look it up!!). This card also gave you limited liability with full liability being placed on the trade name you hold with the government (all caps name).

It needs to be understood that you don’t just have one trade name from birth – rather, trade names originate from contracts. For example, when you walk into a commercial bank (PRIVATE CORP) and apply for a bank account, an account is created for a trade name with the same name as you which is actually a company, and you are required to sign as the authorised signatory. Look on the back of your bank card – it will have your signature as a man of England and this signature places you as the owner of this company and makes you liable for that company (trade name). Above that box, on my bank card, is printed “Authorised Signature”. This means that you are the human representative of this trade name or company with the same name as you. In my case my banking account at Nationwide has the trade name of “MR M J ECCLES”. This is the trade name that all nationwide bank correspondence will be issued to. On every document that I receive from the bank the name “MR M J ECCLES” is used and by signing my bank card, I agreed to represent that company. Your signature really is the most common tool you possess under English common law. Using your signature you create contracts which are then enforceable by law (common law).

The real fraud here is that the birth certificate was NOT signed by you, but by an informant (one of your parents) as you were not old enough to sign your name.

So whenever you are asked by anyone to sign something, it is ALWAYS a contract and you must ALWAYS look at what you are signing your name against. I recently purchased a pair of new glasses and had to sign my name against my trade name so that the NHS could act against me legally if I didn’t pay for the glasses. There is always some legal attachment to anything you sign your name against and this became clear because there were many other forms that I had to sign but with these forms I was not signing against my trade name, as it was not printed anywhere on the form.

Be aware of this knowledge I have given to you, it can become very useful when you are faced with legal issues!
